Be very careful when you decide to choose the Front Camera Repair service! There are proven cases that front camera is not faulty every time, and the actual damage is a hidden type which makes the front camera to misbehave or display with poor resolution. You can perform a few tests by yourself prior to sending your device. First of all, check if the device's screen is loose at that corner by applying a small finger pressure over the front camera. If that is the case, repeat the procedure with the front camera in action and check if the quality of the picture is improving after you press near to it, without holding the finger over it. In this case, you must choose a screen repair service, not a front camera repair. Also, please check if switching resolution to the front camera is affecting the resolution. There were cases where the problem was a software issue, jamming to a certain resolution. In this case, you should choose front camera service alongside the diagnostic service. Both of those services are needed in order to let our technicians perform additional testing of both hardware and software hidden problems. If needed, we will also perform factory resets, so please backup your device data prior to sending it to us. If you don't, we will not be held responsible for any data loss issues. 

Our technicians will assess the damage, replace the problematic component and if you choose it from the options of this product, they will proceed to a deep diagnostic afterward to see if other components are also damaged. If everything is in order, your phone will be shipped back to you with a warranty certificate attached with 12 months warranty. During this period, if the component becomes faulty, we will replace it with no charges, and no shipping fees for you. If there are more than one components damaged or hidden errors discovered on the deep diagnostic procedure, our support will evaluate the cost and inform you of the problems discovered. You can decide if the rest of the damaged components will be replaced as well, or not. If so, then you must place another order on our website, a special order, with special price, and no shipping taxes (they are already paid when you send your phone to us).

Attention: Service testing requires an additional 24-72 hours testing of the replaced component. This procedure is an additional insurance that the replaced component will be in order and it has at least, if not better, the same operation parameters as the original component of the phone. There are cases where original spare parts happen to have flaws and are proven to be problematic. Without service testing, we only check if the component is functioning properly, but we don't perform additional endurance and quality assurance testing.
