1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order after placing it through our online store. The money paid for the order will be refunded in maximum 3 working days. However, if you don't cancel your order by the end of the same day, the shipping cost included in your invoice will be retained, as we pay for the shipping service automatically when you place your order, choosing a shipping option, and we can request a refund from them until the end of the working hours.

If you already shipped your Device through our Royal Mail courier, you can ask for a refund, but, we will retain the shipping costs for both sending and returning delivery.

If you receive a repaired Device from us and during the warranty period you request a repair for that same component for which the warranty applies, and we detect the item is not faulty, you will have to pay for both sending and returning shipping taxes.

Components replaced cannot be refunded, only repaired or replaced by us during the warranty period. Also, any accidental damage you perform on a repaired component during the warranty period results in a warranty cancellation. Improper use of instructions is also subject to warranty cancellation. 

2. Returns

If we are unable to perform a repair to your Device, we will return the Device and return the money paid for that repair. The shipping costs are not refundable.

If you change your mind before we receive the package, you can complete the refund form located here; and we will refund your money paid for that order, minus the shipping costs included in your invoice.
