        2. Repair Services.

Agreement for repair. The following terms detailed in the following Agreement will apply to all repair procedures provided for your device.

The damaged product you send to us will be refered as 'Device' and this describes the following: laptops (notebooks), phones, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, computers, monitors, various music or video player devices.

The types of repairs we provide on this website, will be refered as 'Services' or 'Products'.

Additional features of the Services will be refered as 'Options'.

If a repaired Device requires further repairs, we reserve the right to keep your Device untill all charges payable have been paid.

We do not take responsibility for any progression in damage for devices that have been damaged by liquid. Although unlikely, opening the device could set off further damage and in some cases may be very serious and irreparable. Liquid damage repairs have no warranty attached to them. Also, if a repaired Device develops an additional fauly component during the warranty period, and the faulty componnet is unrelated to the original repair, the repair warranty contained in this paragraph will not apply. Liquid damage repair orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will inform you when the repair is complete. If you don't collect your Device in 3 months we will keep it in a safe storage, but with a charge of 10 pences/day.

We shall make all reasonable efforts to repair your Device according to the manufacturer's configuration. The original parts will be replaced with either original or aftermarket manufacturer's that provide spare parts designed specially for the Device, and accordingly to the manufacturer's parameters and specifications of the original damaged component.

We shall take measures to perform service repairs using all the necessary conditions for such repairs. We shall use our skill and care to repair your Device without causing any other damage to other parts. If we cannot perform service procedures on a damaged component without any risk in damaging other parts, or we cannot guarantee the service procedure as safe for other parts , we will inform you before we proceed to the repair through the website's order detail section. If you give us your written permission to proceed in the order detail section and indeed such an inconvenience occurs during the repairing procedure, we will not be held responsible in any way.

If we are unable to complete the Service procedure for any reason, or the Service will incur further costs payable by you, we will take measures to immediately inform you through the order detail section and/or e-mail.

If by any measures taken, trying to repair a Device will consist in damaging another part(s) by our mistake, we will inform you about the problem and perform repair to that damaged part, free-of-charge. This does not apply to Devices that suffered liquid damage.

Any waterproof Devices will no longer be waterproof following the repair procedure.

We offer diffent types of warranty. Most of our replaced/repaired products have a 12 month warranty. Please read the repair type description before placing an order. Warranty information for that repair service is noted in description.


        3. Delivery

UK orders are sent only with Royal Mail, and you have the option to choose between First or Second Class Tracked service. Orders processed outside UK may have additional charges that apply, according to the country from where you send your Device to us.

No shipping is required for Device Unlocking Service.

Please send your Device to us in a safekeeping box. Be careful to assure the Device in a steady position, preferably in foam or bubble bags, if you don't have the original packaging no more.

If we receive a package that contains visible deformation, we will inform you prior to opening. All Devices that are delivered to us in damaged packages, will be tested for extended problems. If we detect other damaged components that are not included in your order, we will contact and inform you about the detected problems. If you choose not to open the damaged package we will return it to you after you complete the refund form located hereThis company offers a free delivery service so no additional shipping taxes are applied to your orders and also you get your device insured up to 500£.


        4. Returns

If we are unable to perform a repair to your Device, we will return the Device and return the money paid for that repair. The shipping costs are not refundable.

If you change your mind before we receive the package, you can complete the refund form located here and we will refund your money paid for that order, minus the shipping costs included in your invoice.


        5. Order problems.

If you are unable to place an order or you don't understand something involving the order placement steps you must take, please consult the 'How to order' informations located in the "About" menu, or simply by clicking <a href="index.php?route=information/information&information_id=8">here</a>.

6. Special services.

Among the repair procedures you find in our website, you will also find some special services. Here we will try to describe them all, in order for you to understand how they work and what is their exact meaning.

Inside repair procedures there are three (3) types of services: Deep Diagnostic, Service testing and Express Service. Those are different from the standalone services and they must not be mistaken. If you choose a special service inside a repair service and also as a standalone service, you will not be refunded for this. The following is a detail explanation of how they work.

'Deep Diagnostic' inside repair procedure - sometimes repairing the Device by replacing the component doesn't quite solve all the problems regarding your Device's functionality. This Deep Diagnostic service is specialy designed to find out why there are still problems and what causes them to appear. So, if you choose this special service, you give us the necessary time and agreement to properly perform deep-testing procedures, scanning of the device's software/hardware functionality and be 100% sure when we give you a proper diagnostic.

'Deep Diagnostic' standalone service - when you have a Device that is malfunctioning but you are not sure why or what type of repair is needed, you must choose this standalone service without placing other repair procedures in the shopping order. We will evaluate and asess the damage, detect the proper repair you need and we will contact you to explain what damage the Device has and what you can do. If you decide we can repair it for you, a special invoice will be e-mailed to you, without further delivery options attached to the repair.

'Service testing' inside repair procedure - we always test the Device functionality after a repair procedure is complete. This is a fast testing procedure, we check a few times if everything is in order with the repair we performed and we place the Device in the package you used to deliver it to us. If you want to be sure that your Device is more than ok, you can choose this type of special service in order to give us another 24 hours of performing stress-testing on the repaired component. After all the testing has completed, we will deliver your Device to you.

'Service testing' standalone service - If you have more than one damaged components on your Device, you can skip choosing 'Service testing' inside each repair procedure Product, and choose this one, in order to allow us to stress-test your Device for all the repairs we made.

'Express Service' inside repair procedure - fast repair and deliver procedure. This option will give you an assurance of 24 or 48 hours repair time. Also, this procedure is only for replacing or repairing components with just a fast 10-15 minutes testing. We will skip normal testing procedures and perform just a quick-testing procedure. This procedure is made by our technicians and does not include a quality assurance procedures made by our qualified engineer. If you encounter problems after you receive your Device, you will be covered by the repaired component warranty. Under 2% of the repaired devices where we perform this kind of checking are returned with functionality problems.

'Express Service' standalone service - This service choice you can select if your Device has one or more problems, and you wish to repair it in 24-48 hours. This type of service places your Device on top of our repair list, and after repair procedure is over, it will be tested by both of our technicians and quality assurance department on-the-fly. It does not include a deep diagnosting testing nor a service testing option but it will be enough to see if there are any problems in functionality of the repaired/replaced component.

ATTENTION! Both Deep Diagnostic and Service Testing procedures requires additional 24-72 hours time for testing procedures. So if you choose one or both of them, the Express Service choice must be ignored, because that service refers to customers who are in a big hurry and getting their Device back in a short time is required.



        7. Warranty.

Every repair service we provide to your Device will have different warranty terms. We offer 12 months warranty to almost every repair option except the following: 12 months warranty for every repair option except: batteries replacement - 3 months warranty, software repair - 3 months warranty, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s WiFi repair - NO warranty, liquid damage - no warranty. Also, warranty is applied ONLY to the ordered repair. No other components or services are covered by the warranty. Also, accidental damage or repairs that are not related to the order placement are not included.

ATTENTION! If you send your Device with password protection of any type and we cannot access it for testing, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY TO THE REPAIR!


        8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order after placing it through our online store. The money paid for the order will be refunded in maximum 3 working days. However, if you don't cancel your order by the end of the same day, the shipping cost included in your invoice will be retained, as we pay for the shipping service automatically when you place your order, choosing a shipping option, and we can request a refund from them until the end of the working hours.

If you already shipped your Device through our Royal Mail courier, you can ask for a refund, but, we will retain the shipping costs for both sending and returning delivery.

If you receive a repaired Device from us and during the warranty period you request a repair for that same component for which the warranty applies, and we detect the item is not faulty, you will have to pay for both sending and returning shipping taxes.

Components replaced cannot be refunded, only repaired or replaced by us during the warranty period. Also, any accidental damage you perform on a repaired component during the warranty period, results in a warranty cancellation. Improper use of instructions is also subject to warranty cancellation.
