The following terms detailed in this document will apply to all repair procedures provided for your device:

Standard repair time of a damaged device usualy takes 5 working days. To speed up the procedure you can request additional "Express service" repair option and we will repair it in 24 to 48 hours. Liquid Damage is not included in this rule.

The damaged product you send to us will be refered as 'Device' and this describes the following: laptops (notebooks), phones, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, computers, monitors, various music or video player devices and every equipment we have entered in our categories. If you don't find your device in our sitemap, you must contact us by phone or contact form we provide in the Contact section and ask us if we offer repair services for your device.

The types of repairs we provide on this website will be referred as 'Services' or 'Products'.

Additional features of the Services will be referred as 'Options'.

All charges will be subject to VAT and any other government taxes or duties as applicable. VAT is included in the quote.

If a repaired Device requires further repairs, we reserve the right to keep your Device until all charges payable have been paid.

We do not take responsibility for any progression in damage for devices that have been damaged by liquid. Although unlikely, opening the device could set off further damage and in some cases may be very serious and irreparable. Liquid damage repairs have no warranty attached to them. Also, if a repaired Device develops an additional fauly component during the warranty period, and the faulty componnet is unrelated to the original repair, the repair warranty contained in this paragraph will not apply. Liquid damage repair orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will inform you when the repair is complete. If you don't collect your Device in 3 months we will keep it in a safe storage, but with a charge of 10 pences/day.

We shall make all reasonable efforts to repair your Device according to the manufacturer's configuration. The original parts will be replaced with either original or aftermarket manufacturer's that provide spare parts designed especially for the Device, and accordingly to the manufacturer's parameters and specifications of the original damaged component.

We shall take measures to perform service repairs using all the necessary conditions for such repairs. We shall use our skill and care to repair your Device without causing any other damage to other parts. If we cannot perform service procedures on a damaged component without any risk of damaging other parts, or we cannot guarantee the service procedure as safe for other parts, we will inform you before we proceed to the repair through the website's order detail section. If you give us your written permission to proceed in the order detail section and indeed such an inconvenience occurs during the repairing procedure, we will not be held responsible in any way.

If we are unable to complete the Service procedure for any reason, or the Service will incur further costs payable by you, we will take measures to immediately inform you through the order detail section and/or e-mail.

If by any measures taken, trying to repair a Device will consist in damaging another part(s) by our mistake, we will inform you about the problem and perform a repair to that damaged part, free-of-charge. This does not apply to Devices that suffered liquid damage.

We offer diffent types of warranty. Most of our replaced/repaired products have a 12-month warranty. Please read the repair type description before placing an order. Warranty information for that repair service is noted in the description and also in the Warranty Information section.
